We want you to have 0 hassles and a lot of ease of organization.

We will send you a link so you can pay for your tour between 48 and 24 hours before the start, securely.

Cancel or modify up to 6 hours before without additional cost.

If you cancel before 6 hours, or if you do not attend the tour, the amount will not be refunded.

However, we do not like to be unfair, so if you have an impediment due to a major cause, contact us and we will evaluate your case :)

If it rains "normally" the tour will continue.

It will be canceled if weather conditions are extreme or make the tour impossible. Don't worry, in that case we will contact you to find out if you want to modify your tour or cancel it (with a full refund of the amount paid).

London is a city that is quite wheelchair and stroller friendly.

We are delighted to welcome you if that is your case, but we would appreciate it if you notified us beforehand so we can make the necessary adaptations.
