    When and how will I pay?

    When we confirm your order we will send you a secure link to pay.

    You will receive the guide in your email immediately and the link for the first call.

    Cancellations and Modifications

    Once we confirm your advice, we will send you the guide.

    Therefore, you can cancel your plan before the first call, but the return of the money paid will not be complete. For guidance and service management, 27 pounds will not be returnable.

    In the case of the Matcha or Earl Gray plans, once we have the first call, we cannot accept cancellations.

    Even so, we will evaluate your case if you need to cancel due to force majeure.

    What does the price include?
